Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and amoung the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so it cannot be read over the internet.
Seminar refunds are issued only for refund requests accompanied by delivery of all associated hardcopy seminar materials, including manual and flash drive (if any), to ART by 30 days from date of purchase. A signed Returned Materials Declaration must be included in the package containing the hardcopy materials, addressed to:

To cover printing, shipping, and administrative costs, a $295 return fee will be deducted from all refunds requiring return of hardcopy materials to ART. Refund requests received within 30 days of purchase but less than 30 days prior to the first day of the seminar will be subject to an additional $100 cancellation fee.
You may apply all amounts paid for a seminar to the same seminar held within 12 months from the initial date of purchase at a different date and/or location. (By same seminar, we mean the same title seminar covered by the initial registration. If you initially registered for Nerve, the only same seminar is Nerve.)
You may apply all amounts paid for a seminar to a different seminar, or put those amounts “on hold” with ART to apply toward future seminar(s), for a period of 12 months from the initial date of purchase. (By different seminar, we mean a seminar with a different title from the seminar covered by the initial registration. If you initially registered for Nerve, any other seminar is a different seminar.)
If you choose to apply amounts paid to a different seminar, you must return hardcopy materials (if any) for the unattended seminar to ART, with a signed Returned Materials Declaration, to the address above. Any positive difference in price resulting from application of funds will remain on hold for your use within 12 months of the initial purchase date. Refunds will not be issued for any positive difference in price resulting from application of funds. Any negative difference must be remitted to ART by you during completion of your registration.
If your seminar must be postponed for any reason, your registration will automatically be transferred to the rescheduled dates for the same seminar in the same city, when possible. When not possible to timely transfer your registration to rescheduled dates, registration funds will be placed on hold as a credit and may be used for another seminar held within 18 months of the initial purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions above. In the event of seminar cancellation, you may place funds on hold or transfer them to another seminar held within 18 months of the initial purchase date, subject to the terms and conditions above. Refunds will only be issued within 30 days of the initial purchase date, as described above.
Access to and subscriptions for provider directory listings, ARTMan™ app, and/or web broadcast services will terminate when your certification lapses.
Refunds will typically be applied to the purchasing credit or debit card or otherwise by original form of payment, though ART reserves the right to issue refunds by check, EFT, or wire transfer, in its sole discretion.
No refund or transfer or hold on amounts will occur after you “sign in” on the first day of your seminar or, if you fail to sign in on the first day of your seminar, more than 24 hours from the start time of your seminar.
ART expressly reserves the right to refuse refunds or application of funds on hold to individuals abusing ART’s refund policy for the purpose of exploitation of ART’s intellectual property or for any other reason, as determined by ART in its sole discretion.
If you do not attend your ART seminar and fail to communicate your absence to ART within 24 hours of the start of your ART seminar, your seminar fees will be forfeited.
You are responsible for any price difference between the original price paid for your ART seminar and the price for the ART seminar you transfer into or for which you use your ART seminar credit. You are also responsible for any price difference resulting from expiration of “student status” during the interim between your original ART seminar start date and the start date for the ART seminar you transfer into or for which you use your ART seminar credit. All ART seminar fees are collected in U.S. Dollars. International refunds will be based upon the U.S. Dollar amount collected, will not include taxes required by the country of payment origin, and may fluctuate based on the monetary exchange rate on the date the refund is processed. ART is not responsible for discrepancies caused by differences in exchange rates.
Returns of apparel and merchandise other than Materials must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase and in original, unworn/unused condition with tags attached.
